At Two Swans Yarns, we want you to be satisfied with your order. You may return yarn within 60 days of the date of purchase; returned items must be in re-salable condition. We will issue a refund by the method that you originally paid for your order. All sales of books, needles, patterns,
and sale items are final.
Shipping is free to U.S. addresses on orders of $25 or more. For orders less than $25, you pay a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.00 for an order of patterns only or needles only, or $5.00 for an order containing yarn or books.
For orders shipped to Canadian addresses, you pay a flat-rate shipping fee of $3.00 for orders under $25, $5.00 for orders from $25 to $50, $7.00 for orders over $50.
For orders shipped to other parts of the globe, you pay a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00 for orders under $25, $16.50 for orders from $25 to $50, $27.00 for orders from $50 t0 $84.99, and $37.00 for orders of $85 or more.
We ship using the US Postal Service. Should you need special shipping services, such as overnight shipping or a carrier other than the US Postal Service, we will do our utmost to accommodate you. For special shipping, you will pay the actual shipping charges.
Two Swans Yarns will not give or sell your personal information to
any other entity for any reason. Our use of your contact information is limited to updates
and newsletters. We take every precautionary measure to keep your information secure.
